1. I am requesting all Bill of Lading or shipment records for the company Prop Supply & Service, LLC of 9920 W. Sam Houston Parkway S., Suite 400, Houston, Texas 77099. I would like this to include all shipping records that involve imports and/or export records on the company dating back to 2011. 

2. I am requesting the vessel list starting from Jan. 2012 to Current Day, Sunday Feb. 5th. 

3. I am requesting any documents, photos, emails, text, videos, data and other records that contain information about ANY and ALL importation of proppants (also known as fracking sands, ceramic sands, fracking beads, frack sand) being imported or exported from the Port of Tacoma. 

4. I am requesting any and all documents that involve the Port of Olympia and The Port of Tacoma around proppant shipments. 

 

For records in electronic form, I would like to receive this information in its native, electronic format (such as Outlook email files).  If some of this material will take longer to provide than other portions, please provide information as soon as it is available.
